Ten race weekends across Europe, the Audi R8 LMS GT3 at the highest level, a team with short lines of communication — and a workshop in Langenhagen near Hanover where every move counts. We are looking for people who want to do more than watch racing.
Hands-on where it counts
Race mechanics on the Audi R8 LMS GT3 — preparation in Langenhagen, pit stops and changes at the track. Automotive training or motorsport experience, willingness to travel on race weekends.
Getting the team across Europe
Race transporter to ten weekends between Portugal and Zandvoort, garage set-up and pack-down, helping out in the paddock. CE licence, driver card, calm nerves on long hauls.
The one in charge of the tyres
Tyre management for the whole team: fitting, pressures, temperatures, planning and logging sets. Physically fit, precise, calm when things have to happen fast at the track.
Set-up and strategy
Car set-up with the drivers, strategy on the pit wall, coordination with Audi Sport. Degree in automotive engineering or motorsport, GT experience an advantage.
Data that makes us faster
Telemetry and data analysis, simulation, tools for engineers and drivers. Confident in data analysis and programming (Python, MATLAB or similar), interest in racing.
